Player Courses

These courses are designed meeting the needs of players who want to improve.
The participants will be formed for the top high performance rugby and will learn to maximize their potential.

Working Methodology
Our training methods are inspired by the New Zealand Rugby Player Development Pathway and the New Zealand Maori Sports Academy philosophy , with working groups which provide for a maximum of 8 players to allow the coach to follow closely each of the participants. This working methodology involves an holistic approach based on the 6 pillars of player development:

The foundation of player’s abilities to perform is knowledge. Knowledge allows him to use is skills properly, in the right context and at the right time.
The focus of the training is on the participant to give him the tools to express his potential through One to One training sessions and moments of confrontation with the coach.
